This project work was to carried out to evaluate the effects of manpower planning on organizational profitability, a case study of cap feed industry limited Osogbo Osun State. The study is made up of five. Chapter on concentrate on introductory part, which lighted on the objective of the study, Scope of the study, Background of the study, limitation of the study and it also emphasis on the historical background of the case study and organization structure of the case study. Chapter two contained the literature review of the various authors that are more relevant to the topic of the study. We also talked on introduction of the manpower planning. Chapter three of the project is critical analysis of the research methodology with data collection and analysis. We also emphasis on the research design and population size, the sample size and statically technique used to collect data from Capsfeed industry limited Osogbo. Chapter five which rounded off the project gave summary, recommendation and conclusion of research. It is hope that this study will be able to know the important of manpower planning on organizational profitability.
