IMPACT OF MONETARY INCENTIVES ON EMPLOYEES PERFORMANCE (A CASE STUDY OF OKIN BISCUIT, IJAGBO OFFA, KWARA STATE, NIGERIA)

 ABSTRACT

This project aimed at highlighting the Impact of Monetary Incentive on Employee Performance in an Organization. It emphasizes on the meaning role, nature as well as the purpose of the environment factor. The research methodology carried out was to enhance source facts, useful for the conduct of the study. Questionnaires were also used in this research, while chi-square was used to analysis the data. Conclusion were drawn, useful recommendation were postulated as a means by which the company’s management could see that the environment problems could not desire.  

CHAPTER ONE

1.1       INTRODUCTION

The monetary incentives had been seen to be a vital instrument in employee performance. This research work shows how monetary incentives are important as one of the tools of motivation in an organization.

Further, these monetary incentives are paramount in an organization by making employee’s to be able to perform their task, because through their effective performance is going to make employers to pay them. Monetary is the tools that will equity workers to play their own in an organization. In the process of monetary incentives, this will be a bonus for the worker’s salaries, grants, wages etc. of all concern of business, the far reaching is employee’s performance.

1.2       STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM

It has been observed that many business organizations fails because of decree in employee’s performance. Monetary as one of the tools which equip workers to play its roles in an organization must be given a serious attention and critical priority for the satisfaction of the employee’s and the accomplishment of the organization set goals and objectives. The factors that affect the employee’s performance will identify and formulate policies, strategies, tactic and action require achieving these
