This project aimed at highlighting the Impact of Monetary Incentive on Employee Performance in an Organization. It emphasizes on the meaning role, nature as well as the purpose of the environment factor. The research methodology carried out was to enhance source facts, useful for the conduct of the study. Questionnaires were also used in this research, while chi-square was used to analysis the data. Conclusion were drawn, useful recommendation were postulated as a means by which the company’s management could see that the environment problems could not desire.
