EFFECTS OF LATENESS, ABSENTEEISM AND LABOUR TURNOVER ON ORGANIZATION PROFITABILITY (A CASE STUDY OF UNITED BANK FOR AFRICA UBA PLC)

ABSTRACT

This research topic tagged “THE EFFECTS OF LANTERNS, ABSENTEEISM AND LABOUR TURNOVER ON ORGANIZATION PROFITABILITY is an embodiment of five chapters each of which is briefly described. The first chapter comprises of the introductory aspect of this research works, the background of the study, the statement of the problem, objective and purposes of study, significance of study. Historical background of the case study (UBA Plc Iree Branch). Furthermore, it contains the scope and limitation of the study, research question work. Chapter two stress on literature review which highlight the various objective of business formation and the inevitability of human element in achieving organizational profitability. The next chapter research methodology is an embodiment of research design, research population, sample size and statistical techniques used. Chapter four data collection and analysis comprises presentation and analysis of various data collected as regards this research work. Testing of hypothesis using chi-square (X2) statistical tool and percentage in data analysis and statistical inferences made from the testing. Lastly, chapter five contains summary, recommendation and conclusion made in solving the problem of lateness absenteeism and labour turnover and suggestion for suggestion for further studies inclusive.
