EFFECT OF MOTIVATION ON SALES FORCE PERFORMANCE IN AN ORGANIZATION OF NIGERIA BOTTLING (A CASE STUDY OF N.B.C IBADAN OYO STATE)

ABSTRACT

The effect of the sale force cannot be overemphasized in any organization his is because without sales production will stop and there will be no profit will. The sale force provide opportunity of getting buyers for the product or service of an organization and provide relevant information as regards the market for the product of such organization for future planning and control. At this period of time when competition between product and service have become intense, sale force should be highly motivated so as to get best service from them and make a large volume of sale and profit as well, because in any profitable project work will examine the approach and model put forward by scantiest to explain the effect of motivation on sale force in an organization.
