This research work deals with the physical distribution system and customer satisfaction. With and particular reference to Unilever Nigeria Ltd. Apapa Lagos State. The research work is decided into five chapter chapters followed by the questionnaire used for the study and the reference. The first covers the introduction, background of the study, significant of the problem research question, purpose of the study, significance of the study, limitation of the study, historical background and definition of terms. Where chapter two deals with review or deals with review of related texts. Chapter three covers the research methodology, research design are of study, population of the study, sample and sampling procedure, source of data collection, population, size, method of data collection and method of data analysis. Furthermore, chapter deals with data presentation and analysis, bio-data of respondent education, qualification and response of the respondent. Its also deals with summary of the findings. Lastly, chapter five deals with summary, conclusion and recommendation.
