This project is centered on the impact of needs satisfaction on Employees’ commitment to work with particular references t Academic Staff of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree. It was carried out purposely to know whether employees’ Needs satisfaction has any impact on their commitment to work and to recommend the possible solution which would be of help to minimize the adverse effect of needs satisfaction over the goals and objectives of an organization.
The first chapter consists of introduction aspect and relevant information relating to the scope of the study which is the Academic Staff of Osun State Polytechnic, Iree including its historical background which will be looked at from the onset till date.
The second chapter will contain the literature reviews on Needs satisfaction.
The thirdly chapter will tell us the methods used in gathering and classifying data will be high lighted.
The fourth chapter presents comprehensive analysis on the data collected.
Finally, the whole write up will be summarized and concluded.
