This work is based on the Impact of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) on services delivery in Access Bank plc. The main purpose of this research work is to find out customer services offered by ATM points to account holders and the effectiveness of ATM service on account holders. The research was carried out through random sampling method and data collection was made through the use of questionnaires which were distributed to ATM users, to gather needed information. In findings of this work, the general introductory aspect shed more light on the essentials of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) and how the self service technology came into existence in Nigeria. To this end, it is recommended that ATMs should be located in so many places especially, busy places for proximity purposes and for reducing the amount of time spent in the queue before accessing the ATM and government should endeavor to provide 24 hours uninterrupted power supply to boost the service.
