This project is aimed at finding the problem being encountered in the collection bargaining process. The need for finding the problem arises from the fact that an identified problem is half solved. Therefore, the research work will assist personnel managers in giving necessary solution to any problem that might be encountered. It also examines the literature review on industrial relation. Chapter three and four revealed the methodology adapted in collective data, analysis of the data collection and hypothesis testing while the last chapter show the summary, recommendations and conclusion. Finally, this write up will be assistance to any Business Administration and potential managers in their various endeavours.
